Twilight Easter chocolate workshop
Twilight Easter chocolate workshop
An in-depth workshop for those wanting to go deeper in learning the art of chocolate making.
In this one-off Easter themed class, guests will learn how to temper chocolate and will make their own selection of chocolate bars, as well as dipped chocolate truffles featuring local ingredients. We will also be making an Easter treat to take home!
This experience is designed to provide an immersive, but fun, introduction to chocolate, where you will taste various sustainably produced chocolate varieties and then get creative creating your own chocolate bars, which you will take home with you!
About the experience:
- Each participant will make four, 50-gram chocolate bars, using your choice of milk, white or dark chocolate.
- Working as a group, participants will make a selection of chocolate truffles featuring all natural, local, regional and native Australian ingredients. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic chocolate ganache options will be included. Each participant will take home a gift box of 12 chocolate truffles made and packaged in the class.
- Each guest will also have the opportunity to design and create a two-dimensional Easter egg or bunny to take home.
- You will have the opportunity to add your own choice of tasty inclusions to create your unique masterpieces!
- The experience includes a complimentary drink on the deck and light savoury refreshments.
- This is a workshop with a focus on fun and experimentation and no prior experience is necessary!
